This Privacy Policy explains what information Tabletop Treasures collects when you shop, create an account, or take part in the community, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this in plain language wherever we can — if anything is unclear, write to us and we will explain.
Tabletop Treasures (“Tabletop Treasures,” “the Guild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the store and community at tabletop-treasures.com. We are the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions, you can reach us any time at guildmaster@tabletoptreasures.com.
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what is created as you use the site, and what we receive from a few trusted service providers.
We use the information we collect to:
Where privacy laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on these legal bases: performing our contract with you (for example, to fulfil an order); your consent (for marketing email and non-essential cookies); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the service); and compliance with the law. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting anything we did before you withdrew it.
The community is a public space. When you post in The Round Table, write a review, submit to the Showcase, or comment, your display name and that content are visible to others and may appear in search engines. Please do not share private or sensitive information in public posts. You can edit or delete your own content, but copies may remain in quotes, replies, backups, or caches for a period of time.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here — for example, for the life of your account, and for as long as we are legally required to keep order and tax records. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and reputable service providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and to notify you and the relevant authorities if a breach ever requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email guildmaster@tabletoptreasures.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Tabletop Treasures is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of the page, and for significant changes we will give you additional notice, such as an email or a notice on the site.
Questions, requests, or concerns about your privacy are always welcome. Write to the guild at guildmaster@tabletoptreasures.com and we will get back to you.
