This Maker Agreement sets out the terms for members who create, list, or sell their work through Tabletop Treasures. It works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you are joining as an ordinary member and not selling, these maker terms do not apply to you.
A “Maker” is any member who submits original creations to the Showcase, applies to sell products, or lists goods through Tabletop Treasures (“the Guild,” “we,” “us”). By taking part as a Maker, you agree to this Agreement in addition to our general terms.
You confirm that the work you submit or sell is created by you, or that you hold all the rights needed to offer it. You must not upload, list, or sell anything that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, or other rights, and you are responsible for making sure your work is genuinely yours to share.
You keep ownership of your creations. To list and promote them, you grant Tabletop Treasures a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and market your submitted images and descriptions across the site, its community, and its marketing channels. This licence ends when you remove your work, except for copies already used in past promotions or retained in backups.
If you sell made-to-order or handcrafted goods, you are responsible for making and shipping them within the times you state, and for handling reasonable buyer questions, replacements, and returns in good faith. Repeated failure to fulfil orders may lead to removal of your listings.
Any commission, listing, or payment-processing fees that apply to Maker sales will be shown to you before you list, and may be updated with reasonable notice. Payouts are made to the account you provide, subject to identity and tax requirements.
Makers are held to the same community standards as every other member. Be respectful, do not misrepresent your work or others’, and follow the conduct rules in our Terms of Service.
You may remove your listings or stop selling at any time. We may remove work or end a Maker’s selling privileges if this Agreement or our terms are broken, if rights are infringed, or where required by law. Outstanding orders and payouts will be settled fairly.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will update the “last updated” date above and give notice of significant changes. Continuing to sell or list after changes take effect means you accept the updated Agreement.
