01 Acceptance of these terms
Tabletop Treasures (“the Guild,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the store and community at tabletop-treasures.com. By accessing or using the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
02 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the site, and at least 18 or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase. By using the site you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you give us is accurate.
03 Your account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Choose a strong password, keep it private, and tell us promptly at guildmaster@tabletoptreasures.com if you believe your account has been compromised. You may close your account at any time.
04 Orders, pricing & payment
- All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and may change at any time before you place an order.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it, and we may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or the order appears fraudulent.
- We try to describe and picture products accurately, but we do not warrant that every description, colour, or detail is error-free.
- Payment is taken through our payment processor. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.
- You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs charges that apply to your order.
05 Shipping, returns & refunds
We ship to the regions listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered to the carrier. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our returns process. Certain items, such as digital downloads and custom or made-to-order goods, may not be returnable except where the law requires.
06 Community conduct
The Round Table, Showcase, reviews, and comments are shared spaces. When you take part, you agree to be respectful and to follow these rules. Do not post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, or infringes anyone’s rights. Do not spam, scam, impersonate others, or disrupt the community. We may moderate, edit, or remove content and may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
07 Your content & licence
You keep ownership of the content you post — your posts, reviews, images, and Showcase entries. By posting, you grant Tabletop Treasures a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and share that content in order to operate and promote the site and community. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not break the law or these terms. You are responsible for your content, and you can remove it at any time, though cached or quoted copies may persist for a while.
If you sell or list products as a maker, additional terms apply under the Maker Agreement.
08 Our intellectual property
The site, its design, logo, text, graphics, and the “Tabletop Treasures” name and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
09 Things you may not do
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Break any law or infringe anyone’s rights.
- Access another person’s account or attempt to bypass security.
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect data, or use bots except where we expressly allow it.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure.
- Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use the site to send unsolicited advertising or to resell access.
10 Third-party services
The site links to and integrates with third-party services such as Discord, payment processors, and shipping providers. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Linking your account to a third-party service is your choice.
11 Suspension & termination
We may suspend or close your account, or restrict access to the site, if you break these terms, put the community at risk, or where we are required to by law. You may stop using the site and close your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive — such as content licences, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will continue after your account ends.
12 Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content posted by members is accurate. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
13 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tabletop Treasures and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
14 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tabletop Treasures and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the site, or your breach of these terms.
15 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tabletop Treasures operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
16 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will give you additional notice. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
